ZnGeP2 crystal could be the chief between nonlinear crystals for Center IR. Big sized Φtwenty×ninety mm3 ZGP single crystals have been developed productively through the vertical gradient freeze method. The crystallinity and optical properties of as-grown crystals were measured by XRD and
